As part of the strategy to promote the Group's Culture of Innovation, Idea Generation Sessions were organised for the Resifluxo, Ielac and AmbiÁgua companies.

The main aim of this innovation initiative is to identify challenges and potential opportunities, allowing teams to approach problems proactively. Employees from different departments were invited to the sessions to bring their different perspectives and professional experiences. Each person's background gave rise to productive discussions that led to the development of value propositions for each of the companies involved.

The organisation of these sessions made the most of the teams' collective intelligence and creativity of the teams, resulting in a set of 70 proposals to be implemented in the different companies. Given the relevance of these sessions, they will be extended to various companies in the ACA Group and will be held on an annual basis.
